I AM MY BRAND
Author. Coach. Educator.
The name Finding Jaymee comes from my long and continuous journey to heal, grow and become the best version of myself in my entirety. Growth is never easy, but it is well worth it. I unapologetically and candidly break the barriers of stereotypes about blackness and womanhood. Because teaching is my profession, I use the acronym GPA to promote Growth, Positivity, & All the things (healing) for my audience, clients, and readers.
I use my psychology background, training, and personal experiences to connect with you and facilitate your own journey. The idea here is to show you that healing is obtainable. It's an action item, thats subjective to you. You aren't broken. You aren't alone. You just have some healing to do. That starts here.
Coaching Specialties:
Healing through depression
Coping with Anxiety
Dealing with Narcissists

Coming of Age...Whatever That Means won its first national award on July 31st, 2021.
BWW National Award

Glad to do the work! This book [Do the Work: Let's Heal] was a great read! What I loved the most is that it gave me the opportunity and the challenge of looking inward for a lot of things. It challenged me to self reflect but to extend myself grace and compassion while doing so. Loved the authors transparency.
